at a lost for werds…

Hi. This is kulugo which is a Tagalog word for wart. What started as my handle fragging down opponents in counterstrike became my alter ego. No deeper meaning. No Da Vinci-esque symbolism. Nothing like that at all. It just sounded good when you’re in a room of avid gamers all focused in getting a kill when suddenly one by one they’d shout in exasperation, “AAAAH! Pinatay ako ng kulugo!” Now that was fun! I then started using the same name when playing any other game like Quake Arena, Mech Warriors, Rainbow Six, Ragnarok. It even stuck as the codename I used when playing AIRSOFT back in 03. Everytime when I need to use an alternative name, I began using kulugo. I’ve had my share of hecklers in pRO who would come up to me and laugh at my nick. Of course I’d laugh with them since that’s what its intended purpose is, but when those who make fun of my nick, and their nick is something like NEO, MORPHEUS, GRIFTER, or a name of his current favorite anime char, or anything with” )**#*$*((‘^^,” peppered in their name I’d like confront them and berate them of how creative they are in coming up with nicks. Then when they try to associate my name on how I look, I’d use psychology on them and explain to them that the unatrractive (PC for ugly?) people who use beautiful names to hide their hideous faces while those who really look good irl *ehem* (hehehe) use nicks as such to avoid getting mobbed. :D Hehehe.
So there. This would actually be my 2nd blog since my first one is more of a personal rant blog. This one would be more of a free flowing, anything uder the sun, my view on whatever type of blog so…
